Which tender portals does OpportunityX cover?
GeM, CPPP, NTPC, BHEL, Indian Railways, Defence, ONGC, and 90+ central and state procurement portals.
How is AI eligibility different from a manual checklist?
AI reads the full tender PDF and matches it against your turnover, experience, certifications, and HSN codes. It flags disqualifying clauses before you spend time on documentation.
What does AI document generation actually produce?
A complete bid package: technical bid, financial bid, annexures, declarations. All pre-filled from your company profile and ready for your review.
Will AI submit the bid for me?
No. AI prepares the package. You log in to the tender portal and submit yourself with your DSC. We never ask for or store your DSC.
Can I edit AI-generated documents before submission?
Yes. Every document is editable in Word and PDF before you download.

What does the 1-month free trial include?
Full Tender Discovery, 25 eligibility checks, and 5 bid documents. No payment required at sign-up.
What does it cost after 1 month?
Choose any plan: Basic at ₹3,000/month, Standard at ₹6,000/month, or Premium at ₹20,000/month. Discovery stays free during early access.
Why are 6-month and 12-month plans cheaper?
Half-yearly and annual commitments save up to 50 to 60%. Premium tier has the steepest annual discount because it's built for high-volume MSMEs.
What counts as an eligibility check or bid document?
Each tender you ask AI to evaluate counts as one eligibility check. Each bid package AI generates counts as one bid document. Unused quota does not roll over.
Is Tender Discovery really free?
Yes, during early access. Discovery alone would normally cost ₹7,000/year. You only pay for eligibility checks and bid documentation.
Is there a refund policy?
The first 1 month is free, so there is nothing to refund during the trial. After that, all plans are billed upfront. You can cancel anytime and you will not be charged for the next billing period.

Where is my data hosted?
On servers in India, governed by Indian compliance standards and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
Do you store my Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)?
No. We never collect, store, or use your DSC. You always sign and submit on the tender portal yourself.
Do you share my bid strategy or company data with anyone?
No. Your proprietary data, turnover figures, and bid history stay in your account.
