How is the Free plan different from the 7-day trial?
The Free plan is free forever — bid alerts, smart discovery and AI search, for one user. The 7-day trial unlocks everything, including 10 tender insights and 2 AI documents, so you can test the full workflow before choosing a plan.
Are credits monthly or for the whole plan?
On Starter, your insight and document allowances renew every month. On Growth, Scale and Pro, your credits are a single pool to use across the full 3, 6 or 12-month term — so you can bid heavily in one month if you need to.
What happens to my fee if I upgrade?
Your Starter fee is fully adjustable against a Standard plan. Within Standard, upgrading from Growth or Scale adjusts your paid fee on a pro-rata basis, so you never pay twice for the same period.
What does “Unlimited” mean on the Pro plan?
Pro gives unlimited tender insights and bid decisions under a fair-use ceiling of 1,000 per term — enough for even the most active bidding teams. AI documents remain a generous 100 for the year.
Do prices vary by city or sector?
No. The same six plans and prices apply to every OpportunityX customer across India, whatever your city or industry. Your rate is locked in for your term once you subscribe.
Can I add more users?
Seats scale with your plan — one on Free, Trial and Starter, three on Growth, and five on Scale and Pro. Talk to us if your team needs more.
